Hello, I’m Elizabeth Martin, born on April 28, 1981. My journey into the world of music has been a melodious blend of passion, dedication, and continuous learning. I grew up in the culturally rich town of Princeton, New Jersey, where my love for music was nurtured from a young age.

I pursued my undergraduate degree in Music at the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Music Theory and Composition. This foundational education was instrumental in developing my deep understanding of musical structures and creative expression. I furthered my studies at Yale University, where I completed my Master’s in Music Education, focusing on curriculum development and pedagogical strategies for music teaching.

My teaching philosophy is centered around the belief that music is not just an art form but a vital means of emotional expression and cultural communication.
